Challenge 3: Digital well-being and health in all social and economic spheres
Digital well-being and health are interrelated in today's era. The balanced use of technology can improve mental and physical health, facilitating access to health resources, online therapies and personal support applications. However, it is very important to avoid excessive use of digital devices, which can lead to problems such as stress, anxiety and sleep disorders.
Promoting healthy habits of technology use, such as regular breaks and screen time, is essential. In addition, basic digital literacy helps people use technological tools effectively and safely, contributing to better overall well-being. Providing access to the network and knowledge beyond the social and economic situation
