In the next meetings and plenary sessions we will define common challenges for the entire community of the Catalonia Laboratory with the aim of being able to work on them together throughout the coming year.
This will be the space where you can monitor them, work on them and generate synergies.
About this process
Hello and welcome to Challenge 3: Digital well-being and health in the social and economic 🙋🏼 ♀️sphere
Digital well-being and health are interrelated in today's era. The balanced use of technology can improve mental and physical health, facilitating access to health resources, online therapies and personal support applications. However, it is very important to avoid excessive use of digital devices because it can lead to problems such as stress, anxiety and sleep disorders.
Promoting healthy habits of technology use, such as regular breaks and screen time, is essential. In addition, basic digital literacy helps people use technological tools effectively and safely, contributing to better overall well-being. To provide access to the network and knowledge beyond the social and economic situation
