Challenge 1: Training and talent for the growth of people in the Catalan territory and their opportunities

This challenge refers to the impoverishment of the territory due to the flight of talent and the lack of digital literacy and connectivity in the territory.

Transforming the territory to end the digital divide that exists between urbanized and rural areas is a European priority with the aim of promoting equal opportunities in technology, communication and employment.
