The Catalonia Laboratory, an initiative promoted by the Government of Catalonia and the i2CAT Foundation, organizes the conference "Time for collaborations: Promoting digital social innovation at the local level", which will take place at the Social Hub of the Bofill Foundation in Barcelona, on Thursday 4 July from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., with the support of the Metropolitan Strategic Plan.
For the first time, the conference brings together social innovation agents from the metropolitan region of Barcelona with the aim of connecting them and sharing success stories of projects at the local level and facilitating joint work to respond to social challenges. With this meeting, the aim is to articulate a space for debate and co-creation that will allow a new collaboration to be promoted in the metropolitan region.
The Time of Collaborations cycle was born from the desire of the Directorate General for Digital Society of the Generalitat de Catalunya to bring digital social innovation closer to society, and its quadruple helix, to apply digital technologies effectively, improve their management, promote citizen participation and foster local development and inter-institutional collaboration.
